In honor of the album’s release, I invite you to join me at my first Goddess Party + House Concert in the Channel Islands Harbor!

The Goddess Party starts at 4:00PM. Arrive early & bring your yoga mat. Be prepared to enjoy a three-hour, in-home, Women’s retreat! Our goal is to give you an afternoon filled with healing, inspiration, and opportunities to make new friends. Dinner is served at 7:00PM, followed by an outdoor, waterfront House Concert at 7:30PM.  ➽ Invite your family & friends to join you for the concert portion for free. Bring blankets & lawn chairs or watch from the water on your boat, SUP, or kayak! I’ll be performing songs from my new album, and I can’t wait to share them with you. I am a fitness professional and massage therapist. The power of the mind and body working together knows no limits. My passion is exercise and overall health and well being. I have been teaching fitness for 22 years. I instruct many formats including yoga, cycle, dance, barre, and weightlifting. I love helping people create an awareness of who they are and encouraging them to set a goal for who they strive to be.
